Dream Girls Guide is in the electronic publication of an accurate and quality adult entertainer guide [the "Guide"] on the Internet through the URL www.Dreamgirlsguide.com [the "Web Site"]; and ENTERTAINER conducts an adult entertainment service and desires to submit images and other information concerning herself/himself to Dream Girls Guide for the purpose of posting same on the Guide through the Web Site; Dream Girls Guide is willing to include ENTERTAINER'S images and content in the Guide and post same on the Web Site strictly upon the terms and conditions contained herein. AGENCY operates an adult entertainment service or represents adult entertainers and desires to submit images and other information of the adult entertainers whom they employ or represent for posting on the Dream Girls Guide through the Web Site; and Dream Girls Guide is willing to include Agency’s supplied images and content in the Guide and post same on the Web Site strictly upon the terms and conditions contained herein.

(a) All Pictures supplied by ENTERTAINER or AGENCY have been produced in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Child Protection Restoration and Penalties Enhancement Act of 1990, as such act may be amended [the "Child Protection Act"] ;

(b) AGENCY bears full responsibility for the placement of the Pictures and shall notify Dream Girls Guide within 24-hours of first posting of any corrections, changes or deletions necessary.

(c) ENTERTAINER or AGENCY will keep all records required by the Child Protection act if appropriate or as requested by Dream Girls Guide. All of the Pictures shall comply with all labeling and notice requirements of the Child Protection Act. It is the intent of ENTERTAINER or AGENCY and Dream Girls Guide that Dream Girls Guide shall serve as an exhibitor of the Pictures and therefore Dream Girls Guide shall not be required to comply with the labeling or record keeping requirements of the Child Protection Act.

(d) That any of the Pictures provided to Dream Girls Guide may be altered, displayed, and used free of charge for the purpose of advertisement;

(e) That ENTERTAINER portrayed in the Pictures fully understands that the Pictures are to be used in relation to adult advertising on the Internet.

(f) ENTERTAINER or AGENCY is the owner of or controls all rights to the Pictures which are original and have not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; the Pictures are neither fake nor "stock" photography. Person(s) depicted in photographs is the Entertainer.

(g) The person(s) recorded in the Pictures was over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the Pictures were recorded;

I agree to hold Dream Girls Guide harmless from any liability arising from the publication of these pictures and further agree to bear any and all liabilities resulting from the publication therein. I understand that Dream Girls Guide is only an advertising agency. Dream Girls Guide only sells space for advertising and is not further involved in my business in any way.
